If I really wanted to bust my a** on it I'd put details on the chains to make them look like, you know, chains, but whatever.

its ok i guess but the legs ARE tooshort evenfor cartoons

I like the over all style. Cute nang Cute! I'm a big fan of the outlines art. But the "details" in the hair make is seem to sketching for a finished piece. It's doesn't seem like shading of any type. More like random loose lines put there for no reason. But if it's just a sketch, it doesn't matter when it comes to clean up. I would like for there to be more on the other side of the face. Maybe a case shadow to define it more. :/
