Nothing really goes well together in this avatar. The colors are all over the place and it looks messy- cluttered. The green of the belt(?) doesn't fit in at all and is out of place among the brown of the pants and the cream color of the sleeve.
The adornments to the head also don't fit into the avatar. The light blue hair doesn't match with the other colors. Try for a dark and/or light brown shade. Perhaps a background to add depth to the avatar, as well.

@Rater:
I'm not fully feeling the legs, or the hair. I can't find anything that go well together. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Perhaps use some darker hair to fit with the colour of the animals and same with the shoes, there's gold on the shoes but no gold anywhere else?

It's cute and everything is cohesive. One thing I would add would be Shapely Eyebrows (inquiring/questioning) to give it more 'sass', or just something more expressive than the expression you currently have. 8/10

9/10. Very well done but for some reason the body portions seem a bit small in comparison to the head.
