I like this but it looks plain on the bottom 9/10

6/10 everything is a light blue except the face :-/ it throws me off. i'd suggest a skin color to match also different eyes

ok... correction then: light blue and white. the idea for it is nice but i think it could be executed better that's all

@System-Exe Conflict: Not really my style, but I think the background makes your avi a bit clutter. The addition of the wings are nice. 7/10

The sword seems out of place, because it's shading is different from the rest of avi. It looks a little bit more 3-dimensional, if you see what I'm talking about. Your tail is the opposite - it's very distinct. Maybe even too distinct. But the theme is clear, the character is likeable, so I give 9/10
