Just wait until you have to use 300 cash for 32x32 plot and 500 cash for level 5 house. Yeah...........

You do however get like 25 cash every 10 days.... Make sure NOT to claim your cash, click on wait to accumulate your cash! 3nodding

I'm currently 18, I would be higher but I kind of stopped playing for a few weeks.

I'm not sure how long I've been playing, I know it's about a month though.
