Share Reward Link Limit? What???

Hi Gaia!

We've been getting a lot of questions about the new limit that was implemented on the share reward links. That took us by surprise too! Originally, each link was supposed to be available for only 24 hours to friends for an unlimited number of clicks-- except it turns out that the 24 hour limit was never implemented. Instead, each link was available for an unlimited number of time for an unlimited number of clicks - which has affected the game in not such a good way. In our attempts to modify this, we will temporarily be limiting the links at 40 clicks each.

I hope you understand. ^^;

On the brighter end, we're getting updates that include gold prices for map expansions.

Thanks for the information. It's not unreasonable to have a limit, but I think many people were mostly upset because they were taken by surprise.

Do you mean that the few expansions that were only available for cash up till now (like the 32X32 one) will now also be available for gold?

What about the house upgrade to level 5? Any chance that that ever might be available for gold, too?


Also, is there any news on the fixing of the message center? I had posted in the bugs forum with the exact javascript error I was getting ('itm_name' is null or not an object). Is any progress being made on that?

Thanks for letting us know~ I guess the bike makes up for it~ But is there any word about the double rewards of gold and sunflowers some of us received? I really am scared to spend any gold until that's solved.....

The second an apology "We're experiencing some technical difficulties with our tools - here's a small token of goodness to hopefully appease any delays. We'll continue to give out these small freebies until this issue is fixed. smile .

The sunflowers were gesture of their appreciation towards SSC. Every now an then, they post a link as a reward that we can freely have if we respond before the expiration date. heart

Yeah, it happened about a week ago, and I still haven't heard anything. I think I only bought two things that I know I could have bought before receiving the glitched gold and item, but I'm still scared to buy stuff. I wanted to buy something that was fairly cheap than it usually is, but I don't want to push my luck.

I agree, only because botting has caused so much problems in the past that Gaia does get a bit touchy where the gold is concerned.
