So when I tried it out I thought I needed the cash to start. I clicked on normal and the cash was given to me as well as the game gold... So I guess I should have clicked premium? Why would we have the choice to pick lots of stuff or hardly nothing? Is there an advantage to the latter? Otherwise why doesn't everyone just start on premium... or normal.. ?

Normal starts you off with normal amounts of stuff - the standard set - whereas you have to pay $5 for Premium and its benefits.
