Having issue with Beehive quest

I received the quest to make 3 honey before having the beehive quest so I bought the beehive. Now I got finished with the sausage quest and now have make a beehive! It does not recognize that my beehive is there and making money in this game is hard! I do not think it is fair that I now have to re-make a new beehive!

You might think that now but that second beehive will come in handy with the six hundred ninety gold profit from the sale. I have some neighbors who have over a dozen beehives because of the profit and the fact that the honey is used in a few things.
