Hey howdy hey, Blind Red Dragon here

Was just watching Batman Brave and Bold, its lame, but I love it for its lame-ness and all the lownames that get screen time

anywho, they opened with Catwoman
and got curious to see if Selina is still her in the comics and learned somethign that made me sick to my stomach

We are all excited for teh Dark Knight Rises movie
the third batman movie from christopher nolan
but I just found out

Anne Hathaway is going to be Catwoman

and a white guy is going to be Bane, but Ill complain about that as the date gets closer, plus as long as he wears a mask Ill forget it quick enough

normally I dont argue with casting, cause Im not in teh "biz" but
I cannot stand this
I mean there is nothing catty feminate about hathaway
and her smile is too toothy for a seductress
and she just has that awkward feelings about her
in most of her movies shes been that awkward not that ugly girl

Did we learn nothing from that abortion of a movie "Get Smart" and her as Agent 99
Don Adams god rest his go go gadget soul, is still rolling in his grave from that movie

So I was wondering how do you guys feel about this?
complaints, comments, suggestions, anyone else who just wants to vent about this
please feel free to comment, and anyone who thinks shell do well I would love to hear those arguments

there are now pictures of anne hathaway as catwoman
and honestly I think we've all seen this awkward girl at a costume part
I hate to say told ya so but honestly
Nolan thought this was a good idea

I suppose I think she might be an ok selina kyle, catwomans alter ego, but for the whole role is a doubtful in my book

I know a lotta people are comparing her right now to when heth ledger was cast as the joker, people didnt have any idea how hell do and now that they are blown away by his job, Im afraid noone is going to question nolans casting choices, but the joker looks is all face paint and suits, ya cant screw the look up unless you try
and ledger did an great job as joker, but again I feel like the joker is an easier role to fill, cause we never get to see his human side, just the homicidal clown, just throw in a few jokes and crazy killings and your done is done

I, personally, don't care enough about Catwoman to be worried or upset by this old news. After The Dark Knight, I've given up on Nolan. I'm only interested in seeing TDKR for Bane and only Bane. I'm almost certain Batman, Catwoman, the story/plot, Gotham and everything else that exists in the film will bother me.

all Im saying is people didnt question george lucas when he was making episode one through three and look what happened

I just hope they do some justice for Bane unlike in Batman and Robin
I mean hes one of the most interesting characters
raised in jail for his fathers crimes
genius,
chemical master, if nothing else to make his serum
and ras al ghuls second choice for an heir

I mean the guy is so articulate when hes not hopped on his serum
hes such a great character, his actor had best be at least spanish ya know,
I have only seen a couple pictures of the guy and he looks... sorta white
I mean if he wears a mask I can forgive it ya know
