So who is your favorite Star Wars character? Mine is Han Solo- the perfect mix of a good guy w/bad tendencies plus some swag thrown in!

Phantom Menace? I prefer Obi Wan in A New Hope. But that's because I didn't like what they did with the new movies, since I grew up on the originals before the special editions.

^ This so much, I prefer the older movies as the storyline was far better. Han Solo and Leia, combined with the awkwardness of the whole Leia/Luke thing. Surprisingly well written the whole way through.

I also have a lot more respect for movies where the special effects are models or drawn in by hand, or the explosions are overlaid. I know the computer graphics take talent to make them look decent, but it's just a totally different feel and I don't like it as much.
