If you've been working out, then no. That's nothing strange if you've been doing work-outs and you start to gradually weigh more. It could have been from losing fat and then gaining muscle from then on.

By the way, it's spelled *fluctuations*.

When I dieted, I lost weight but I gained weight from doing exercise because muscle tissue weighs more than fat. And therefore basic BMI calculations are also screwed up.

What you really should do, instead of relying on the scale, is to look at the mirror. Was there any changes in your body? Was it fat, or muscle? Do you look more toned or more chubby? Those are signs that tell you what's changing.

Good luck!
You can also measure just the fat in your body, that can be a way to keep track of whether it's muscle building up (which it probably is!) or fat coming back.

These fluctuations are normal as you build muscle. Your progress may slow because of this, but know you're still getting healthier every day! You've already accomplished so much, you're inspiring me towards my goals smile
