Hello, my name is Transparent__Thunder but can call me anything you like. My real name is Jeannie. I have been battleing my weight for a very long time ever since I could rememeber. I was always a bigger girl in class, was never been able to fit in any of the clothes that I would have liked to. My self confidence was pretty far down, and had a lot of trouble feeling confortable in my skin.

After years and years have gone by, I wanted to make a change for myself. To wake up in the morning and feel good about how I look and have a healthy lifestyle. I have done so much research that it has come to the point where I just have to go for it. Stop trying to figure out a giant plan for myself and just do it.

I am doing a combination of Weight watches with keeping track of points and long with the mixture of calorie counting on Myfitnesspal. I also am going to track the following and see if it helps with my weight loss: sugar, salt, carbs and fats

Nov. 12 2012 --- First day of my weight loss.
My ideal weight would be around 125 pounds and I hope to loss it in about a year at lossing 5 pounds a month.

My birthday is coming up at the end of Feb. so I hope to have lost 20 pounds by then
