I used to be very lazy skinny kid.
Till one day after highschool I saw all the bigger guys with muscles get all the girls and I didnt really get much attention from them.
I saw started trained 5 days a week for the past 14 months. First I started at home for the 1st 4 months of doing push ups and sit ups and dumbell curls.
Then I decided to join my local gym thats where I saw real gainz
I have never skipped a day.till today.( I dont count being sick )
I love the gym I used to do it for the girls.but now I do it for me.makes my feel better about my self and gives me confidence.
