I must be crazy.
I went jogging today even after having to strip wallpaper from 10-5.
At least I was making a nice $15/hour.
I also was able to go a new personal best!
It's getting harder and harder to do personal bests because they require more time.
45-50 minutes each day is pushing it as it is.
Pretty soon I'll have no free time because I'll only be able to jog and work. xd
Just a heads up, I'm probably not going to have time to jog today.
I've got a lot on my plate to get done so I don't think I'm going to try and squeeze in jogging, too.
But knowing me, I might try and do it at like 11pm tonight or something crazy. xd
I made it to 4 miles today.
But I think my treadmill is about to bike the big one.
The belt isn't tight for some reason so it keeps sliding around and is actually getting pretty dangerous.
I don't know if there is anyway to tighten it.
If not, it looks like I'll have to find something else to workout from now on! gonk
So if my treadmill is broken and I have to use the elliptical/bike tomorrow, I'm going to have to come up with a new way to track my stats.
I'm hoping I can think of something so that it's interesting for others to view and makes sense.
Sadly, today was another no progress day.
I had to work for my aunt from 9-3 then I work from 5-11.
There was no time to workout at all today.
I've made such a habit of working out that I'm cranky when I can't get my endorphins.
I hope I don't get anger issues. gonk
I used my stationary bike today!
I guess it doesn't seem to be a good of a workout as jogging/treadmill, but I can go a greater distance.
So because of this, I updated the stats page on the 2nd post.
I made it a little neater and I think it should help give people a better idea of how I keep track of things. 3nodding
