So i decided to walk on the treadmill today since I was completely free today.
I was playing Paper Mario Sticker Star the whole time, so I was only walking at a apce of 3.8m/hour
That's not much, but it didn't wear my out so I ended up staying on the treadmill for an hour today.
It felt nice to have some activity in my legs
Swim is more upperbody then you might think
