So today I decided I would start strength training so I might be able to shape my body into a shape that I want it to be.
So far the stats seem a bit off on the front page and it seems like I'm not burning any calories from this.
If I don't see any improvement, or if I start to gain weight/size I'll switch back to cardio. sweatdrop
I'm thinking about changing my second posts' set-up again.
I am thinking about just leaving the days that I missed, and changing the daily work out each day.
So like, you would only be able to see what days I didn't get to workout and what I did for that day.
Or maybe I'll do it weekly.
So you can see what I did for the week and such.
I only got in 30 minutes today.
We're having really bad power problems at our house and I was only getting frustrated with the darn machine so I didn't want to stress myself out anymore than I needed to.
