Define: No rush just trust.
I am in this health battle for the long haul. I know my hard effort will not always show so I have to trust myself and my body.
I want to be comfortable in my skin for the first time in my life. I've always been chubby or chunky since 10yrs old. I want to not just go down in weight but in inches and pant sizes. I'm not unrealistic and want a size 0 or even 5. I feel that if I can get into a size 9 juniors I would be very confident and full of energy. This is for me.

Intake & Exercise Food: I currently am not eating enough. I eat 6hrs+ in between meals, which causes my body to be in survive mode and make any intake into fat. I want to become vegetarian simply because my body already has issues with meat. Help?
What do you mean by having issues with meat?
It puts me to sleep or if cooked with grease it speeds up my heart.
I completely cut it out of my lifestyle.
Generally what do you eat right now, and how much of it?
Due to the having a real kitchen, too many baked goods right now.
Normally, I eat fresh fruits, nuts, and veggies with a sweet every two weeks.
What type of fat(oil) do you cook with?
Olive oil in the boiling water for pastas and everything else I use Pam spray so it doesn't stick. I bake and boil mostly.
What do you do for exercise?
I was walking any were from 5-8miles for 5days a week. Now, I walk 2.6-5miles Sunday through Thursday. I do stability ball exercises in the gym 2 days and sometimes hit up the pool for laps.
Cut the bread/pasta/refined carbs, if you haven't already. I will try harder! emotion_brofist
What kind of snacks do you eat, do you snack?
Normally, this is when I eat my nuts for protein and a fruit with water of course.
What kind of job/lifestyle do you have?
I live in two different places. For college, I rent out a shared room with two other people and every other weekend I go back home for 4days.
