When I started running I would get tired very quickly, but I never gave up and finally like 3 weeks ago I ran my first 1.75 miles. I was very excited and tired lols... but I'm going to continue lengthening the miles every week : ).

I did the same exact thing whenever my boyfriend and I traveled Europe! I worked out for three months straight, was completely healthy and loved it!

....Then when we got back from Europe I got lazy again and put on ten extra pounds!

Congratulations, though!
Take warning though, whenever you achieve your goal, just don't stop!
