I've been thinking about getting on it but it seems strict (I'd do the 20mg a day). Not sure if I could be without having a fruit, berries and yoghurt the same day.

Have you tried the "low-carb" diet? Did you see any results? smile
I want to try it.. I'm 165lbs, 5'8, and want to go down to 150lbs!

Instead of doing a pure, no carb diet... Which will definitely backfire on you in the long run, I would do a carb cycle. This is where you have three or four days with little/no carbs, and then on the fourth/fifth day, you shock your body with a butt-load of carbs. This tricks your body, which in turn skyrockets your metabolism, and aids in shredding. I would recommend doing this no more than six cycles, otherwise your body becomes accustomed to the changes, and the effects won't be as great. You can take a week or two off from the cycle, and then do it again... If you can survive. It's a very strict regimen, and takes a toll on you, but that's why it works so well. Fatigue and crankiness is expected- and on carb days you'll notice a super boost in your mood/energy levels. G'luck!
