The first weeks can be hard, but just remember, it takes 27 days to make a habit, and only 3 to break one!
I am wondering if you've found anything to help in your emotional eating?
Currently, I have fallen off the bandwagon due to some family issues and school related things, but I am ready to get back on track.
As for the eating part, I still have trouble a few times, but I've written my goals down on a piece of paper by my mirror and I like to look at it whenever I feel like binging to remind me why I'm on this journey in the first place.
It's really not easy for me, but in the end, I know it'll be worth it.
