Hello! This is where I will keep my fitness log, to hopefully become much more healthier by the end of 2013, and to keep staying that way!
My goal is to not necessarily lose weight, but to become fitter.
I used to be able to run around for a long time.
Now just running takes my breath away in about 20 seconds.
Unfortunately, as I have severe asthma, I will be getting fit in a different way.
I have decided to be using a treadmill and swimming at my local gym, as well as yoga and pilates!
I will keep track of the calories burned, and my intake (If at all possible!)
Here I will also keep track of the meals I eat!
I really want to get myself into a routine of staying healthy.
