Wow! Congrats! The hardest thing about going to the gym, is well. GOING to the gym. Once most people are there, it's no problem.

Keep pushing hard. Losing the weight is the easiest part, it's keeping it off that's even harder.

You've done a really good job.

Thank you dear! c: I've accomplished many goals within the past couple of months and it's really starting to show. Close friends of mine who went off to a different college that are coming home from the holidays can not stop noticing the weight loss and it feels great. I'm out more, definitely more energetic, and enjoying life to the fullest.

Exercise is freaking great.

Honestly, I'm so glad I saw your thread!

I was a lot like you in high school, very active!
Now in college I sail, but it's not the same kind of exercise at all.
I'm always tired and I hate the feeling

So thank you for the motivation to get active again(:
