                                      What did I eat for Lunch?: Omelette (2 eggs) mixed with a teaspoon of bacon bits. Insides consists of smoked Turkey and a little bit of black olive dices.

This is great to see!
I myself have been dieting.
I usually always ate healthy food.
But after moving out of home, and being a little tight with money, I started eating terribly.
Now I've started working out myself, and eating a lot better!
