Hello everyone. This is just a little personal entry for myself
to keep up with what I have done and where I am going. Feel

- 16 minutes jogging/walking
- 30 sit ups
- 4 ½ hours walking at work
- Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

- 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 pouch of original oatmeal, 2 cups of kale, 1 scoop of protein powder.
- 60 minutes bicycling; 13 miles
- 10 minutes basketball
