for us who were on the mahou shoujo side we got this brooch that i am currently wearing in the middle of my chest
those that were sentai hero got a black belt which i think is cool
you can get the things in the marketplace if you feel like buying the item

Sorry I didn't answer this sooner, but I'm pretty sure it's just Mahou Shoujo brooch & Sentai Hero belt
if you can't find it in the marketplace you can click on what people have equipped if they have it on and then click on it and go to the marketplace listing through there
I have the brooch on so you can click mine if it isn't working and you could go into one of the Sentai threads to find someone wearing it
