mm next try putting a jump into it. Then move to harder surfaces. Make sure you practice rolling on your otherside too =o
Also, not many parkour practitioners use this but freerunners do when they backflip, but you could also try a backwards roll.
Me and a couple of friends are trying it out. Whe have an awesome place to do it right next to our school blaugh
We don't have anyone with us that is already a pro so we just improvise!
