football is toughest meantally and physically, it takes alot of heart to play football, ur spinal cord can get snapped if u get hit 2 hard nd etc.

i still say wrestling because practice you only get one break and its a drink break and its only 3 mins if ur over then be prpared to do none stop sprints. and if u stop more sprints mrgreen then theres 22's were u do 22 sprawls push ups sit ups jumping jacks and mountian climbers. then after that it drops to 21 then do sprawls push ups etc etc. and you keep going down until 0.
