a tie between Cheerleading,Cross-Country,and Wrestling.
Reasons why they are 1 of the toughest sports ever:
Cheerleading-
1~u hav 2 have exact timing
2~u have to exercise a lot
3~u can snap your neck or break bones if u dont b careful when doing tricks
4~u have to practice for hours
5~u have 2 do certain tricks
Cross-Country-
1~u have to exercise
2~u have to hav lots of stamina and muscles
3~u have to survive through the heat
4~u have to be extremely fast
Wrestling-
a lot of reasons lol, lets just say u can die from this sport if it gets to rough and during wrestling matches they usually break bones o_O
