I've been training in MMA for about 1.5 years and have aquired an amateur record of 10-1 ... I also practice knife fighting, archery, and tomahawk fighting ... the martial arts of my people ... the Apache ...
Tomahawks and Knifes are fun ^^

He is really fast ... at lightweight ... he moves more like a flyweight ... and he still retains his power ...

Hey guys haven't posted in a while, unfortunately my kung-fu school ive been going to had to close and I was wondering if there were any chinese martial art schools in the minneapolis/st.paul area?
 
     


My main dream avatar, wouldn't be close to getting it to be a reality with out u guys!

I'm a practitioner In Jhun Ree style Style Tae Kwon Do Black Belt 2nd degee , Also practicing Olympic style Tae Kwon Do.

Looking into Hapkido. I really feel comfortable with the Korean styles.

Should improve your ground game ... don't worry about submissions ... go with submission defense ... it is much faster to learn ...
