Ugh i was a little sore from class yesterday, to bad my private lesson was canceled today cause the instructor got sick and called me. But i got to sleep in a little lol

lol some of the techniques ive learned before but there was like 2-3 months i didnt go to class awhile back and had to catch up again.

I practice the ancient art of Gwailo Do Jitsu Te under the grand Sigung Hu Flung Pu. Its the best martial art in the world because we don't spar, only work on forms, and when asked to prove our art...we simply laugh at challengers and gracefully walk away.
