Cristiano Ronaldo won his way back into the home fans' hearts as Manchester United completed their pre-season preparations with a comprehensive win.
The Portuguese midfielder, who has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, was cheered every time he got on the ball at Old Trafford.

And the 21-year-old made the opener for Louis Saha with a low cross.

He then scored himself when his effort deflected in, before David Jones added a late third with a rasping effort.

Ronaldos loved again and rightfully so! I'm the only one who likes it eek our old one kicked a** though.

I've always liked him.

Rooneys got a three match ban this is ridiculous, Scholes has a three match ban too this seasons gonna be even tougher now.

Solskjaer played the first half. He didn't do much. But hardly got to him.

He got an overhead kick in lol. Rio was my Man of the match for England!

Ya, England won 4-0. We (Ireland) eh lost 4-0 to Holand. *hides in corner* We were shoking, Holand were good though (keeping in mind that we were missing most of our decent players..Robbie Keane, Damien Duff, Shay Given, Richard Dunne, Ian Harte, Terry Dixon, Stephen Ireland and Alan Lee.) Most of the lads were shoking but John O'Shea was completley crap.
