Wow, youre almost as sore a winner as my Hab friends.

And you're almost as much of a f*****t as my Hab friends. mrgreen
Besides sugar tits, there is no point getting upset with me because your team couldn't score in the shootout.

Whos upset? Im just amazed at the fact youre continuing to spout middle school insults for no reason at all.

Well ya see the deal is, is that I figured I would go ahead with the middle school insults so that they would be easier for you to comprehend. Here is a tid bit of information for ya bud, everyone is entitled to their opinion of someone else, some people just tend not to give a damn about your opinions, lol! Time for the Flyers to avenge their loss to the lame a** Panthers. smile

Apparently you gave enough of a damn about my opinions to drag this out to this level.
My opinion was that the officiating was blind throughout the game and I cited an example. Never said anything bad about your boys nor was I spiteful that we lost the game in the SO. Hell, I was impressed that we made it as far as we did with the injuries being as they are and the fact that weve got new guys coming into the system nearly every day.
See, Im one for keeping things civil. No need to lose ones cool if you decide anothers opinion doesnt match up with your own. Wouldve been cool if we couldve had a decent discussion about the game or the officiating, but you had to bring it down to childs level so you could feel better about getting a zing in.

Now, how do you feel about stopping this game and getting back to some hockey talk?

You bashed the officiating with an example yet your example was wrong. It was a deserving penalty and that is the end of it. Flyers up on the Panthers 3-1 with 2:55 left in the 2nd and Booth is being carried off on a stretcher after a hit by Richards. Richards has apparently received a major for the hit. Its a Major for interference and a game misconduct.

Flyers up 4-1 with 13 in the 3rd. 2 goals by Briere, and Asham's 3rd in 3 games along with Gagne's 1st of the year. Booth has the lone goal back in the 1st for Florida.

Its a play that is seen many times throughout the course of a game and it happened to be called on my team at that instance. I wasnt pleased and I was at my computer, so I posted about it. Didnt bother to see the replay before posting, just posted. After seeing the replay it looked more like a penalty than the first I had seen it, but it isnt something Ive seen called consistently so far this season.

Bruins went from a 1-1 tie in Ottawa to a 3-1 Sens lead in a matter of minutes. Uncool.

Fair enough. I love having to leave for work in the middle of a game. :'( 7 left in the 3rd still 4-1 Philly. smile

Alrighty. And I usually have to miss the beginning of games due to work, so I feel some of your pain there.

Hey guys, what's the difference between a triangle and the Toronto Maple Leafs?

A triangle has three points.

ZING!

Speaking of leafs, wheres phenom? He predicted the leafs to make the playoffs.

Its funny when the leafs get about a month head start on the Raptors of the NBA and yet the Raptors might score their first win before the leafs.

Also I have only seen 1 leaf jersey on the street so far. I love it when they lose, they all seem to hibernate.

Jasp, I hope your Canucks rock 'em so I can laugh some more.

Phenom crawled back under a rock once he realised I was 100% right when I said the Leafs suck. 0-7-1 anyone?

Story time: There once was a team named the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Vancouver Canucks killed them. The end.

Wideman gets run into and gets an interference penalty...officiating from what Ive seen in this game has sucked something fierce. And Im counting officiating as both the refs and the linesmen.
Your a moron. If you got your vision corrected you can clearly see Wideman get into Richard's way after the puck is gone. You lose sir, good day.
Ya ya ya. After seeing a replay he was moving towards Richards. But still, just after the last man with possession touches the puck, hes still game for being hit. Penalty shouldnt have been called.

One word for you......FAIL. rofl Giroux is a beast!

Wow, youre almost as sore a winner as my Hab friends.

And Flyers fans wonder why everyone hates them?

Most likely Jasp will be running his mouth, because, you know, Vancouver has a goalie.

3 wins in a row for the Habs! Stanley Cup, here we come!

...well, maybe not quite yet, but the team at least is not as bad as it was. I can actually watch them again.

Pens won seven in a row. Can I at least have a cookie?

Also, how about Richard's dirty hit to Booth?

Bruins pulled off a ridiculous come from behind win last night against the Sens. We looked dead in the water after the Sens scored their two 3rd period goals. Seemed like we had packed it in.
Bruins call a timeout with 1:57 left and immediately pull Tim Thomas, as were down 3-1. Approximately 30 seconds later, a shot from the point by Morris is tipped home from Recchi. An understandable goal, but doesnt force anything yet. 3-2 Sens.
A minute and 6 seconds later, another shot from the point from Morris is tipped home just over Elliot from Krejci to tie the game up at 3. Krejci's first of the season sends us to OT.
OT has its moments but other than a few quick chances that ended with the puck safely batted away by Thomas and Kovalev flat on his back, nothing too special.
Shootout comes and Thomas keeps Kovalev and Alfredsson at bay while Elliot stopped Krejci in between those two. Then Bergeron, who was 8 for 30 lifetime in the shootout, steps up for us and drives to the net, puts a squeaker under Elliot, and suddenly, the Bruins have a lead. It all comes down to Spezza and Thomas. Spezza comes down and tries to outlast Thomas' move with dekes but Timmay sticks with him and shuts the door with the right pad.

Sens get shocked in the final minute and a half and the Bruins take 2 points because of it. ******** brilliant.

Now were off until Thursday when the Devils come to town. Finally, some good practice time.
