rolleyes well i have to admit, at least Alabama has A LITTLE more class than Texas, not much, but i distinctly remeber when we recieved the Iron Bowl trophy at halftime during the Auburn-Alabama basketball game, the small group of Bama fans during the presentation started chanting, USC, USC...

No offense, but that sounds like business as usual between the fans of two hardcore rivals... we're talking about Texas players.

I swear if they do end up undefeated and get shut out of the BCS game, then revenge will be a dish that is best served cold... twisted

I can see that happening, honestly... Alabama has the worst of the three out of conference schedules.
and Alabama beats us up over our schedule... stare I swear its really bad, and yea, it is business as usual for the nastiest rivalry in all of college sports... 3nodding

Well none of my teams are really in it for a BCS championship bid, so the top teams really don't interest. I just think it's ironic that I used to not like Notre Dame since I'm a Boston College fan and now I'm actually cheering for the Irish now that they have Charlie Weis. He definately should be the front-runner for Coach of the year considering what he's done with a team that was pretty much "middle of the pack" last year.
Well one thing you got to remember, although he deserves every bit of credit this year, he's playing with Ty's recruits. Just keep that in mind. 3nodding

You gotta admit, Auburn does have a thing for scheduling shitty OOC teams... Alabama's no better though.

I told you, it's all "GO OSU LOL" in there. xp Quite an embarassment, really. But as the saying goes, a fish rots at the head first.

I gotta go with Texas, although Texas Tech should give them a fight.

Tennessee @ Alabama

Alabama. Tennessee is so overrated...

Auburn @ LSU

I'd have to give this to LSU (don't kill me please). Auburn hasn't really impressed me so far this year. They just lost so much from 2004.
Tiger's breakdown of the top three games this week:

#10 Texas Tech vs. #2 Texas.

Texas comes in with a lot of confidence, and why not? there #2 in the BCS and every other poll. There playing at home against a very good Texas Tech team. Texas Tech comes in with their outstanding offense and their brilliant QB. It will be interesting, but I think it will come down to Texas Tech's defense on which they can hold Texas. If they can, look for a really close and great football game. They cant, expect a blowout. Either way, I expect Texas to win.

#17 Tennessee vs. #5 Alabama.

Bama is a good football team this year, and this coming from an Auburn fan. Croyle leads this team and does a great job doing it. They have lost some of their punch with the losses at WR, but Kenneth Darby is a good running back that will wear out any defense. Tennessee could win, if they can figure out which QB to use and what time to use him at. Thats like asking Tennessee to stop singing Rocky Top so many dang times. Bama will win this one big.

#16 Auburn vs. #7 LSU

This will be the best of the games. Both teams are even matched. LSU has JaMarcus Russell, who has had a breakout season thus far, and a couple of targets to pick and throw at. Their running game has improved, and that defense of their's is good in the LB and Secondary. Auburn's running game picked up a lot of steam coming off of a 34-17 victory over Arkansas. Look for Kenny Irons to run the football a lot, and if Brandon Cox can get on early, look out for an explosive game. Auburn's defense really needs no introduction, being 3rd in scoring defense and 6th in the nation in total defense. Only weakness it has is in the secondary, but with coming games, they have gotten better. I see this game too close to call, and with Auburn having to overcome a lot more aka same day flight and playing in Death Valley, it will be a close one. It will boil down to if Auburn can play four quarter football vs. can LSU stop the stupid penalties and turnovers (had 14 penalties and 4 turnovers in last week's game against Florida)
My unbiased opinion will say its up in the air, and LSU coming out on top, but me being a die hard Auburn fan, of course i will pick my Auburn Tigers.
