What's your favorite team!
By the way i'm just wondering,
i'm not spamming,

My Favorite team is Minnesota Vikings!

im starting to like them
brett and the runin back are the reson

The rb is Adrian Peterson (apparently a really big deal at my college - maybe because he played for us?)

And WHY do you like Favre? Yes, he can throw a football. However, he is a media diva who is distant from his own team, and could not bother to give Aaron Rodgers any advice or coaching AT ALL when he was a Packer. And the only reason he's playing for the Vikings is to spite McCarthy and the rest of the GB staff that decided we didn't want him jerking us around any more, and we were done with his diva tricks.

Yeah, I could rant about Favre all day. I respect his skill, but . . .

I would too,
What do you mean by everyone shut the hell up?

Everyone's going on and on about how Favre is hitting all of these milestones. And how he is the only QB to beat all 16 teams. And every time he plays the Pack they go on and on about how big of a game it is because of him, Even though the games are bigger for Rodgers than for Favre, because Rodgers has been in Favre's shadow since we picked him up a few years ago.

Seriously, though, why is Favre still playing. He retired TWICE! Even though we all knew he was coming back, and were taking bets, the papers were discussing it, etc, and we ALL knew he was going to Minnesota to spite us, he SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO COME BACK the second time. Once, okay, he didn't know how much he'd miss it. Twice? He was just playing the media and the fans of the NFL.

I used to love him, he was an amazing QB, but now . . . no, he's just being a diva, and I'm sick of it.

And it may be dangerous to say this on this thread, but GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually Brett Favre is NOT being a Diva, he was RAILROADED out of Green Bay!! And you can sit here and say No He Was Not, Read ALL The Stories on ESPN and other Sport News Sites. All the man knows is Football and I can't blame him, he doesn't want to give up his passion!!! And what I meant was by wanting people to shut the hell up is this, The Man is Breaking RECORDS, And I bet if he was your Football Team, you wouldn't be Talking Smack About The Man!

AND, As for Him Going To The Jets, He Wanted To Go To The Vikings In 2008 Not The Jets, But Because It Was Already To Late, He Waited A Year and Finally Got To The Vikings. Brett Favre is the Greatest Quarter Back To Ever Play In The NFL!!! And For All You Haters Out There, All I Can Say Is "Pssshhhh" The Man is Setting Records, Shut The Hell UP! lol

Also,
For All You People Out There That Are Gonna Have A Negative Reply To My Post, I Could Care Less, I'm Just Stating The Facts! Go Brett Favre!

I'm a Cleveland Browns devotee...which you have to be nowadays...but I will never stop cheering for the Browns

I see the Super Bowl being a match-up of the Vikings vs. the Bengals, in an AFC win for the Bengals. If they keep their pace up till then, they have the players and the team to go all the way. The Vikings are good (and while I admire Farve, he's not the only star player on the team, it's a combined effort where Farve fits perfectly into the Viking's offensive system), and have the talent in the NFC to sweep it easily, the Bengals I feel want it that much more. They've been clawing at perfection, and they've finally struck somethine. I think the Steelers have lost their momentum some and will take at least a average (or slightly above average) season or 2 to get close to the team they played as last year. The Patriots are just over with, and the Broncos, while playing well, don't have the talent I think the Bengals do.

However, I can also see the Saints marching right into the Super Bowl as well. They've been hot all season and if they end with at least 14-15 wins, I might have to go with them to win it all...

I don't think he joined the Vikings to spite the Packers, and being a fan of other teams, I can post my opinion unbiased. I think the man just loves football. Sure, the money probably had something to do with it, but look at the Vikings. They were 10-6 last year, and on par to be 14-2 or 13-3 this year. They've got a solid line, they've got some good recievers, but they have Peterson, who any QB would want to help out, because why have to look downfield when you've got a fallback guy like him, who can get yards and lighten the pressure on the QB.

It's kinda hard from playing 18 years of football, getting hit at least 100 times a year, making that about 1800 hits total from beefy, large guys, and then go to working retail or something. Though I think after his contract with the Vikings is up, he should really go into sports casting. I think that his 18+ years of playing will provide him with the knowledge that a lot of commenators and anyalsis' don't have...when they spend the game talking about stupid stuff and ignore the game.

He's not being a diva, Packers fan are just spiteful that he's with their rival, get over it...the Browns don't cry anymore about Cowher playing for us then coaching at Pittsburgh. Can't say the same about our murderous intents towards Art Modell, the very spawn of the devil
