traitor? man i'm a die-hard philadelphia phillies fan and I have no doubt that the Phills won't win. It's going to be a real tough series but when the dust settles I feel that the Phillies will repeat.

Yankees all the way! I can't see them losing, they have a great team this season. Over one billion US$ in team salary. Just great players on a great team.

I'm a die-hard Yankee fan. I am so glad that they FINALLY made it to the World Series again. I cannot wait until tonight. I wish it was 8:00pm already. I know everybody is picking the Phillies to win, but I feel as if they are drastically underestimating the New York Yankees. I have confidence in my team and I believe they will win. It won't be easy, but I believe they can pull it off. Here's to a great World Series between two great teams. May the very best team win. biggrin

I will never understand some Red Sox fans. You would think the Red Sox fans would want the American League team to win the World Series. Last year I rooted for the Tampa Bay Rays because they were the team representing the American League. In 2007 I rooted for the Red Sox because they were the team representing the American League. I was able to put aside my feelings towards the Red Sox and see the bigger picture. Wouldn't somebody who supports an American League team all season long want to see an American League team win the World Series, even if its not necessarily their team who happens to be in the World Series? I bet if this was an Angels vs Phillies World Series you would see the Red Sox fans and a lot of other people support the Angels over the Phillies, but because its the Yankees they would rather see the team from the National League win lol
