What do you think about the new Miami Heat team (Wade, Lebron, Bosh)?

Good, but not enough to compete with the Lakers. 0.29197080291971 29.2% [ 40 ]
Terrible. You are a sell-out, Lebron. 0.37956204379562 38.0% [ 52 ]

If he pressure Mo then he'll get a 3 ball further out at best.
If he just doubles Lebron on the inbound theres no way for Mo to hurt you after the pass. West will have to shoot over a taller man and Pav would have to hoist it from the half court line. Or Big Z from the corner with Dwight right there waiting.

All that before the inbounds that still sticks with me as it really wasn't just nothing they could of done. Its not even to put blame on anything but it wasn't that amazing they got an open pass and open look.
Okay I see what the Cavs were doing.

It's as Lebron says, he's going for a lob and I guess Rashard is protecting against the angle (plus he's taller than Mo) and any possible shot (he does contest late) Lebron gives up on the lob instantly and that's when he bumps into Hedo and gets open for the shot.

To me, the only way you get a good shot with 1 second is to do the right thing before the inbound. Considering all the pressure on the team and that Lebron's three point shot has always been suspect. I think it's the most amazing shot all season, it's either 1-1 going to Orlando or 0-2 going to Orlando. The cavs made no mistakes before the inbound (except going for a lob) and they were rewarded with a good look.
Well good execution but I didn't feel it was great offense vs great defense exactly. Too bad for the Magic men.
The Magic didn't play perfect defense, but I think they live with that shot compared to the other one they gave up to a better 3point shooter in West the first game. That one was open too but he just missed.

I think they asked themselves this, do we give Lebron or anyone a pass to the basket for two, or do we give up a three point shot. The only game winning three i've seen from Lebron is one at Golden State...all the rest were him going to the basket.

But I think it's odd that the Cavs were putting Mo in there to lob it to Lebron. He's short and you can catch the Magic off guard with that in the middle of the game...but not at the end that's why they were prepared for it. But the Cavs don't have a big guy that can pass so Mo was probably their best option.
Ok with all that we still come to again. They weren't limited to what they had done in that play. Everyone acts like it wasn't a clear pass and a pretty open look. Its no surprise he made it.
Good job by both teams but there are some options they could of went with.
But to me as I said it's not about how easy of a shot it was for Lebron, it's that he made it with everything on the line.

Like these shots...

That's wide open too, but it's a lot on the line.

This is open too, but it's also with a lot on the line.

Open too, but this was basically for everything...and it made Charles not get another chance at the finals just adding that in there.

Open too, but it's a game 7 in the WCF.

That is why it's amazing for me, because Cavs are basically eliminated. I'm sure no one comes back from 0-2 going on the road. Thats a HUGE hill for anyone to climb.

Also though all these shots...someone made a defensive mistake and the offense took advantage. To me this is a amazing shot and it's not the best or not top 10, but when people see it 15 yrs from now I think they will say "I remember that!"
It should be interesting to see how game 3 goes considering how well matched the Cavs and Magic seem in this series.

I anticipate it going to Orlando. Considering how tight Orlando made the game without home court advantage, when they're playing in their environment with their fans there, I think it will be somewhat easier for them.
Cavs are going to need to work their butts off to win a game in Orlando.
Lakers-Nuggets today. It'd be cool if Kobe responds to LeBron's Game winner, with a Game winner himself. biggrin

Nah, Kobe's would be cooler, considering all the debates between him and Lebron.
It'd be all-time cool if the Lakers won by 16 and they didn't need a game winner.
Dammmmm LeBron got super lucky stressed it would've been 2-0 going back to Orlando but still 1-1 and Orlando has to take take both of those home games.
The key for L.A. tonight is to get a good early start. These Denver fans REALLY want to go to the Finals, so Lakers have to quiet them down.
Game starts 8:30 ET.
