I'm hearing a lot about AI possibly being traded to the Celtics. But as a Celtics fan, I have to say I'd rather not see him in green.
Is his talent worth his attitude? What do you guys think?

Yeah, he does look bad in green. I think him in the Celtics will be very good, and the backcourt of Pierce, Szczerbiak and Iverson could be the best in the NBA and the Celtics would be in the playoffs again.

About his attitude? He's not much of a guy who wants a fight everytime, he just hates losing, and he loves the game so much that he does everything on the court 100% always, he just hates losing. Iverson + Pierce = playoffs

NBA commissioner David Stern, in a stunning reversal, has decided to shelve the new microfiber composite basketball after just a few months of use and switch back to the old leather model for all games starting Jan. 1, ESPN.com has learned.

The decision will be formally announced by the league later this week, according to sources close to the situation.

Despite an avalanche of player complaints about the new synthetic model from the first day of training camp in October, skepticism was high among players that Stern would consent to a change during the season. But with a number of prominent players complaining of cuts on their hands caused by the new ball's high-friction cover -- Phoenix's Steve Nash and New Jersey's Jason Kidd among them -- Stern was forced to concede that an in-season swap was unavoidable with the new ball inflicting injuries.

Yes, but those are extremely hard to get and big men like that are extremely rare. Pierce can rebound the ball too (averages 7 per game), so they really have no problem with rebounding.

MVP ? You mean rookie of the year, right ? Paul's ill, but he's no MVP. MVP candidates would be like Duncan, Lebron, kobe even, elton brand, steve nash, and you could even make a case for chauncey billups.
