Push-ups, as they said. It actually builds the muscle underneath so that what amount chest you do have will be pushed forward.
And do you play any sports? I know in figure skating, having no boobs was a thing to be proud of! lol! |

push ups well be the fastest for people who dont know what anything in a gym is scream

bench press works the chest. get good at that and you will have pecs in no time
