After watching the Lions beat the Raiders, I think Kitna was right - the Lions have a decent shot at winning 10 games this year. Not saying it will happen for sure, but it could happen. What do you think?

They let the Raiders score 21 points. Even if the Raiders have improved slightly on offense, the defense has to tighten up a lot more if he even wants a shot at 10 wins.

I say they break even 8-8 at best. It's time they got better though. I really dislike the Bears and it's time somebody gave them a challenge in the NFC North.

Yes, the defense is going to be weak again. I don't think they should have let Bly go - aside from Sean Rogers they don't have a lot of great players on defense. Hopefully they can do the Mike Martz thing and just score more points.

It will be a miracle if they aren't sub .500. They looked pretty good, but they were the Raiders their slightly better at playing football than my high school's band.
