So far the records show that the Bobcats or the Hornets would be the worst teams. This is not true though, because although their records are bad, they are still in a good position to rebuilt because of their young players and multiple draft picks. In my opinion, the New Jersey Nets are in the worst position in the NBA right now. Unless they are able to pull off the miracle of getting Dwight Howard, their star player Deron Williams, who they traded their young assets and draft picks will leave the team in shambles and as a mirror image of the nets team of 2009 which almost had the worst start in NBA history.
