I was at the game and it was absolutely freezing so glad for the good win. And Man U losing also gives us a boost. Hopefully we will beat Aston Villa and Portsmouth next week and end the year on a high.

Just saw the highlights from other matches. Manchester United looked all sort of out of place. Liverpool had a luck pinball shot almost go in get saved otherwise not a really good chance. Mascherano deserved a red for that tackle late high and pushed the guy making sure he stayed down sorry to see him get hurt himself on it but a red it was. Portsmouth really should have let the ref deal with it and not crowded him like that really poor taste.

Chelsea were off pace as well today, drawing 1-1 with West Ham only through a penalty that shouldn't have even been one. More good news for us!

Only good news for us if we can capitalize on it with our game in hand we can still end up dropping points to Aston Villa or portsmouth or west ham, it is about consistency this season, winning the games you are expected to win something we had done well early in the campaign and haven't been so sure footed about it recently.
