Once you answered to our auto-reply and provided proof of your participation, it may take a few hours or even less. Depending on our workload (and office hours), that time can be longer.

I completed the Bing sponsor, downloaded the toolbar onto my computer, and nothing. Obviously it's a bad offer too because there's threads complaining about it.

How do I report it if I can't find an "Offer Status tab"?

Go to http://www.gaiaonline.com/offers
> SponsorPay
> Offer Status (tot right corner)

There you will see the offers you completed through SponsorPay. If you used OfferPal, Super Rewards, SuperSonicAds, gWallet, Peanut Labs or Game Coins, the offer won't appear there.

SponsorPay Support can only help you if you used the SponsorPay service.

Hit the ‘Report problem’ link and select your problem
Click ‘Send’ to pass on your request
