I DID SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET WITH PRINT SCREENED PROOF THAT I COMPLEATED THIS OFFER AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GETTING NO RESPONSE...15 MIN IS THE SUPPOSED DELAY TIME.

6617 GCASH THAT IS "UNDER INVESTIGATION"?

I GOT APPROVED FOR THE CARD....I DONT SEE WHERE THE CONFUSION IS.

THIS OCCURED ON THE 6TH...NOW IT IS THE 10TH....I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM SUPERSONICADS...AND NO WAY (AS FAR AS I KNOW) TO CONTACT THEM TO INQUIRE THE STATUS OF THE TICKET.

Same issue. I was approved and submitted a ticket with proof of approval.

I now have my card and have made a purchase on it. Still nothing.

I am very unhappy with SuperSonicAds's customer service. It stinks.

Did you get accepted for the credit card?

You only get credits if you get approved for the card.

EDIT: Also, someone was telling me you had to be approved for a certain minimum credit on the card.

Dunno if it's true, but that might help.

I did get credit for this...after emailing the customer support.
