There's no comparison. It's The Beatles. I mean even KISS will tell you that. I thought I read thats how Gene Simmons got interested in music.
I agree about the Gene Simmons part. Personally I don't like The Beatles, but the group is an influence to KISS. But I like KISS better.

Can anyone tell me why they like The Beatles?

There is no contest. The Beatles generally started rock music, and they are one of the most known bands in the entire world. They sold the most rock albums ever, and has been known throughout every generation. How silly of a question!! Kiss is good, but they are never going to be as big as the Beatles.
