I think you can find anime soundtracks probaby at any Anime Convention. And for iTunes, I think no...But if you have a media payer, you can download music.

You can find a lot of them on your common online shopping sites (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
This'll work for your popular anime, Bleach, Death Note, Naruto, FMA, all that.

If you can't find them anywhere else, try cdjapan.co.jp for more obscure stuff.
I bought my oh-so-sexy Highschool of the Dead OST there.
