About a Half life 2 song...

So i was in the chapter "Anticitizen One" and there's a room where(in the first part of the game is the entrance to the house that was being raided by CP?) there is a TV playing a weird, distorted and very dark yet creepy and scary music, plus, the TV shuts off immediately after the song ended and when i took the TV, i notice the TV has no cables connected in a plug which really creeped me out. Any idea what song is that? That is the most scary song I've ever heard....creepier than Ravenholm's music.
