If you haven't gotten a reply please make sure to include a separate email address inside your report. Sometimes your Spam filter, or even your ISP's will delete our response before it gets to you. ust send them a ticket. it happened to me last week. just lost cash on my "free spin". after sending them a ticket, wait for their email. reply to it. I got my cash back within 2 days after sending them a ticket.
