❝ The funny thing is... SOPA doesn't even censor anything, yet its all you keep saying. They will just quickly prosecute any site that knowingly links to sites that show copyrighted material, it won't shut down wikipedia, google, or facebook or gaia. It will just make these sites more expensive to run, because they will have to greatly increase their current staff and resources they already have in play to prevent doing those types of links from already happening. The real reason, and obviously, is that these already legal sites don't want to pay more money to stay legal... SOPA will get the job down, it will just cost us all a lot more money.
I'm against it, only because I don't want to have to pay to log into wikipedia or facebook. Sites like gaia have already sucked enough cash outta me.❞-
