If the SOPA bill is passed,complete hell would break loose.The Internet would just be useless because of all the things that SOPA plans to shut down.

If they changed a few things then I would be for SOPA because Internet piracy is a problem that must be stopped but as it is I don't like SOPA because the Internet is the one place people can express their most debase, politically incorrect, and sadly honest opinions. Everyone has an opinion and the Internet provides that with persecution from the government....except in China. Anyway my opinion is that SOPA must be altered A LOT before I agree to it.

Im glad it's finally gone. but now here's ACTA..

SOPA and PIPA were just a distraction for ACTA.

See these counties? These are the counties that signed the treaty to enforce ACTA.

SOPA is NOTHING compared to ACTA and the laws they'll enforce... but people are still worried about SOPA lol

As I said above, SOPA and PIPA are just distractions for ACTA. Stop putting all your attention on SOPA / PIPA and put it on ACTA.

I am totes against all these Internet laws many political higher ups are working on. My reason is much like others because privacy is important. Other than this, I have to find another thing to do than be online and import things from overseas. Yet the power of many online users is strong so I'll be optimistic and see these laws break down.
