I'm not sure what's wrong...
Whenever I start to feel mad, I feel like I will go berserk...But I try to keep myself clam. Sometimes I lose it and 'blind' myself with fury. This happens commonly when I lose to somebody or something. (Like a contest or something.)
After I calm down, I feel sick.

I see myself as a kind person, but with that violent side... (As strange/stupid/cliche as it sounds) It's like I have a 'dark' side or something... People who know me well know me as a kind person. Some but not all of them have seen my 'dark' side.
I just don't understand...

I wouldnt say anythings really wrong with you. It sounds like you are just really competitive. Its good to try to calm yourself down when you are mad but dont forget to let all that anger out somehow later, or else it builds up and that might cause you to go berserk.

Then I should play a fighting game against a CPU... I don't mind cursing at the CPU, but I won't allow myself to curse another person for winning. I don't want to be a sore loser...
Yes, people get angry. I don't see why it would be your dark side.
You got to release that anger, doesn't matter what other people may say when they see your so-called dark side, you're just conveying what you feel -- though I think, too much of it might not be good

Are you actually blacking out and losing memory when you get angry or just "seeing red" as the term goes?

If your anger is distressing to you or you feel that you might lose control and hurt yourself or someone else, then you might consider some anger management courses, which will give you better ways of dealing with the stress.

Also, maybe try avoiding the things that make you angry? Anger isn't a pleasant emotion so if you can avoid it, maybe that's best?
