What do you call someone who behaves like this?

I'm not going to state my experience, I'll just be vague:

Someone who is laughing and smiling and speaking in a fake accent as they show people her self inflicted deep wound.

Someone who laughs and sticks objects in her wound and smiles and laughs about it as she does it, and they are sexually seductive while doing all of this, acting sexually seductive and attention seeking. They appear to be really arrogant also.

Sociopath? Psychotic?

She told me she suffered from psychosis. She faked having a baby. She faked being married (shes only 19).

Sounds like Borderline Personality Disorder with some psychosis... I'd stay away from that person.

You've mentioned the seductive behaviours, the self inflicted injuries could be classed as attention seeking due to her showing people as she puts sharp things in, the faking marriage and baby could be seeing the relationship as more intimate...

Not sure about the other bits. You know this person better than I do. One thing I can say, however, is that she could do with professional help.
